Don’t Miss Out on the Full Benefits of Tea

Dr. Sears and I have written numerous times in ETR about the outstanding health benefits of green tea and black tea. These teas have been shown to boost brain health, increase metabolism, protect the prostate, and reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease.
But the extent to which tea helps can depend on how you drink it. If you add milk, you could be negating many of its health benefits.
